Service and accounts

Runway Movie is an independently operated creative service at runway.movie. Runway and other model names identify their respective developers. Keep your sign-in credentials private. New accounts start with zero credits.

Inputs and output

Submit material you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material. You retain rights you hold in your inputs. Rights in outputs depend on applicable law and the terms of the model used. We may restrict content or accounts to address abuse.

Generation and credits

The workspace quotes the selected model, mode, duration, resolution and output count before submission. It reserves credits for a task, settles successful tasks and returns the reservation on confirmed failure. A task awaiting a provider response can remain pending. Downloads of your completed tasks are available from Creation History.

Subscriptions

The checkout shows the charge and renewal period. Annual plans are billed for the year. Ordinary annual credits are allocated in twelve monthly installments. Unused installments accumulate until the paid year ends. Canceling renewal retains the paid period. A refund or dispute can stop later installments. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and fees.

Availability and support

Tools and models have different input limits. Provider availability and output quality can vary. Contact the site operator for access, copyright or billing questions.
