New purchases

Request within three days of a new subscription, upgrade or credit-pack purchase. None of the granted credits may have been used. Use of an included unlimited-generation benefit counts as use. Applicable statutory rights still apply.

Fees and renewals

Where permitted, payment processing fees of up to 4% of the amount paid plus US$1.50 may be deducted from an approved refund. Automatic renewal charges are nonrefundable except as required by law. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Credit treatment

Canceling renewal preserves the paid period. Approved refunds or payment disputes can stop later installments and affect associated entitlements. A confirmed failed generation returns reserved site credits. It does not create a cash refund.
